SimpleClinic for practice management, appointments and clinical records;
Stripe for payment processing;
Squarespace for our website; and
MailerLite for email communications.

These providers maintain their own privacy and security practices.

Some personal information may be processed or stored outside Australia through third-party service providers. For example, Stripe states that personal data may be transferred globally, including to the United States, Ireland and other jurisdictions in which its affiliates and service providers operate.

We take reasonable steps to protect personal and health information from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure, including when using third-party providers. Australian privacy requirements also apply specific obligations where health information is disclosed to an overseas recipient.

Payments

Payments may be securely processed through Stripe. The Wellness Recipe does not intentionally store your complete debit or credit card details where these are processed directly by the payment provider.

If you choose to join our mailing list, we may send you educational content, clinic updates and information about our services.

You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link provided in our emails.

We will not use your health information for direct marketing without your consent.
